Meet the Team

Rev. John Moore, BA Journalism, BA Technical Writing, & MA Biblical Studies – Director

John Moore for service at Camp Joy for most of his life from work in food service in his teens, to engineering college, to 15 years in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), and to 10 years as a senior pastor in missionary church planting. While many would consider missionary church planting to be a career pinnacle, the Lord has opened the best service opportunities at Camp Joy.
