back in the days of steamboats and river barges, an unlikely friendship was formed. Camaraderie grew between Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn: two young lads of very different backgrounds but of equally mischievous temperament! With seemingly no shortage of tricks and fun, Tom and Huck never quit competing with one another. In fact, their good-natured rivalry continues to this day! It has been said that if you come to Camp Joy this summer, you can still hear the voices of Tom Sawyer’s Mud Cats as they match the cheers of Huck Finn’s River Rats. Each week, the rivalry starts afresh as the competition heats up! With activities to win and verses to quote, the two teams will give their all to come in first place. Come be a part of the fun this summer as the River Rats and Mud Cats battle for first place!
