Family Camp
Family Camps offer a wholesome vacation for the entire family. The atmosphere is the Christ centered. From the program, with scheduled time for Bible reading and two services each day, to the staff which serves to meet every camper need. One cannot over estimate the value a week can bring. The schedule is packed with activities for every age group, but campers can choose what they want to do, allowing the schedule to stay relaxed. Plan your next family vacation with Camp Joy.

Camp weeks open on Monday, 10 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. and end Saturday, 10 AM.

Camp Cost:
Adult: $100 per person
Child (ages 4-12): $75 per person
Infant (ages 0-3): FREE
plus lodging and registration fee

Registration Fee: $25 per person
non-refundable, non-transferable

Lodging Costs:
Tent/Private Camper Site: $100 per site
Limited camper sites available.

Family Cabin Accommodations: $200 per cabin
Rustic cabin with outdoor bath house.

Standard Accommodations: $300 per room
Dorm-like rooms with indoor shared bath facilities.

Deluxe Accommodations: $400 per room
Hotel-like accomodations with private bath and air-conditioning (some with balcony view of the lake).

Driftwood Village Cabin: $600 per cottage
Private cottages with outer porch, sitting area, fireplace, air-conditioning, loft, and private bath.

Day Camp Costs:
Entire day with all meals: $18.50 per adult
Afternoon with dinner only: $9.50 per person

What To Bring: Bible, pencil, paper, twin-sized bedding or sleeping bag, pillow, towels, toiletries, spending money, and swimwear (one-piece bathing suits for ladies). Separate swimming periods will be scheduled for girls and guys.

DO NOT BRING: Radios, tape, CD or DVD players, cell phones, palm pilots, pagers, playing cards, fireworks, knives, video games, magazines, televisions, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or drugs.



Items to bring money for are:
Snack Shops, Coffee Shop, Bookstore, Cowboy Town (souvenirs, toys, etc.)

Camp T-shirts, approximately $11 each

Camp shirts (polo-style or collared), ranging from $20-$30

Craft Shop, ranging from $1 - $10

CDs of services, $3 each message

"Week-in-Review" DVD, $8 each

Screenhouse, $1 (Campers sleep out in one of our wood-frame, screened-in cabins on our property for a night. There is a special marshmallow cookout and a devotional that night as well.)
BB Gun Range, $1

Grill, items ranging from $1 - $4 (pizza, hamburgers, fries, etc)

All accommodations are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations cannot be confirmed or guaranteed without registering in advance. Please send your registration form and $25 (per person) non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee to Camp Joy.

The balance will be due when you arrive at camp.
In striving to maintain modesty and a Christ-honoring atmosphere, we request that you follow these dress guidelines:

Men and Boys:
Collared shirts and nice pants for services. Please do not bring shorts to wear for general activities. Shorts are only permitted during swim times. Boys will not be permitted to wear sleeveless shirts (except at the lakefront). Bring sweats or running pants to wear over shorts to and from the lakefront.

Ladies and Girls:
Dresses or skirts, that fall well below the knee, for services (slits in skirts should also be well below the knee). For general activites, loose-fitting slacks or cullottes are permitted. Girls will not be permitted to wear shorts, low necklines, sleeveless blouses or tight fitting clothing at any time. Swimwear should only be one-pice.

Please do not bring any clothing with inappropriate advertising. We reserve the right to ask any camper to change if clothing is considered to be inappropriate. Please bring a pair of dark clothing for waterfront activities.
